Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return products within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is in its original condition and packaging
- The product has not been damaged through misuse
- All accessories and documentation are included
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs at no charge to you.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that show signs of use beyond initial inspection cannot be returned.
